Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, who was born on 17th October, 1992 in the Indian state of, is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu film, as well as some appearances in Malayalam. In 2018, she won the National Film Award Best Actress Award for her performance as the role of actress Savitri. The actress also won three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the child of producer G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her initial career path was an actress for children. Later, after studying fashion design, she was back to acting. Her first leading role in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began working in projects that weren't Malayalam in 2015. In addition, she signed to be a part of numerous Tamil film simultaneously. In 2015, she released A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu in opposition to one another. But, both films were not a success in the cinemas. Because of her hectic schedule, in 2015 she was forced to withdraw from films on which she was already working, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In a short time she collaborated together with Sivakarthikeyan in Rajini Murugan, Remo and she also acted as the lead in Prabhu Sool's Thodari along with Dhanush. The film that she played in was her Telugu debut was planned in the form of Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. It was delayed since 2015 and reports suggest the film will release after September 2020, with the name of Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), featuring Ram Pothineni as the actor was the debut film of Keerthy's. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay on screen in Bairavaa by Bharathan, which premiered on the 17th of January, 2017.
