Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray is an American singer, musician, and songwriter. Her parents are singer and songwriter Billy Joel and model Christie Brinkley. Joel who is New Yorker by birth, has both her parents' passion for music and fashion. As a teenager she started a band and staged her first live performance at Maxwell's Hoboken New Jersey. She quickly garnered immense popularity during the subsequent years and became among the most exciting performers of the present. Joel made her debut with an extended track Sketches in the year 2006. It was released through the Audio Bee record label the EP helped her to find a solid footing in the industry. In the time since then, she's made several singles available and has appeared in numerous live performances. Joel has been involved in fashion since the beginning of her professional career. She has performed at several fashion shows as well as fashion events. In 2018, she was featured on the page of BELLA magazine's Beauty issue. The magazine reported that she was taken into a medical facility in December 2009 after ingesting traumaeel in excess. Her statement to the media following her complete recovery, that she did not intend to take her own life.
